The covered deck and hot tub provide direct, protected access to the lakeside dock, equipped with kayaks and a paddle boat. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. The cottage sits off the lake, just a short stroll down the driveway to the water. The cottage sits on three lots with a nice size yard for kids to play and plenty of parking. The cottage has comfortable sized rooms, inside & outside eating area, wifi, and cable. Three mini splits heat and cool the cottage. There are several golfcourses and wineries close by. The cottage has its own private dock and swimming area.

Nice patio out back with covered area to grill out. Walking distance to the North Country Trail and 10 min from the new Dragon trail. There is one queen bed and a couch. It will comfortably sleep two guest.

Guests also get FREE & exclusive use of pontoon boat, 2 kayaks and paddle boat, plus private dock (early May through late October, weather permitting). Swan Cottage is very dog-welcoming. The yard is not fenced, however we provide ground stakes & cable ties.
