With lots of light and a private setting this carriage house offers privacy with the feel of being in a tree house. This urban oasis creates a wonderful setting to enjoy Freedom Park with direct access to the Atlanta Eastside PATH trail and connectivity to the famous Atlanta BeltLine. This home was recently featured on the 2018 Tour of Homes. You'll have private access to the entire Carriage House. Candler Park is a walkable Atlanta neighborhood east of downtown and just south of Ponce De Leon Avenue. It was one of Atlanta’s first suburbs and was founded as Edgewood in 1890. It's home to many talented people, plus some great shops, restaurants and bars. In addition to the reserved parking space in the main driveway, there is also free parking on the street in front of the main house. ~1 mile from two MARTA stations - Candler Park and Inman Park stations. Starbucks and Aurora Coffee within walking distance. Freedom Park path access to the Atlanta Beltline. The carriage house is directly behind the main house and has 1223A just to the left of the carriage house door. There is plenty of outdoor lighting and security cameras.

You have sole access to everything in this lovely unit as well as covered front and back outdoor spaces. Parking is off-street at the back of the house We welcome furry guests! This is a private rear apartment in our newly built home, with a separate entrance. We live upstairs but you’ll have complete privacy.

Owners live upstairs with two children and a dog. You may hear sounds of family life during daytime hours.

1 Large california king bed and 1 long couch suitable for sleeping. Bathroom is fully equipped for all your needs. Wifi, sheets, pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, filtered water, and coffee maker (with grounds) are provided for each guest. Microwave and mini fridge is upstairs. Guests can also relax in our beautiful backyard, with a set of adirondack chairs. Guests will enter through the back yard up a small set of exterior stairs. We will provide you with a keycode for entry.
