Casa Francesca sits on a gentle hill and offers a stunning view of Monte Gogoni beach and the lagoon, home to beautiful flamingos. Enjoy peace and total relaxation while the sun accompanies you from morning until evening. In just 4–5 minutes by bike, you can reach some of the most beautiful beaches in Italy, supermarkets, the Chia Laguna Hotel, and a variety of excellent restaurants. Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

La Casa vacanze "Sa Iscola Antiga" si trova in un piccolo paesino tranquillo e silenzioso del Sud Sardegna a pochi km dal mare (2 da Is Solinas e 9 da Porto Pino). Si tratta di un edificio indipendente con piccolo giardino annesso e barbecue, una spaziosa camera con letto matrimoniale, un'ampia cucina con divano, un antibagno e un bagno con doccia. Al piano terra si trova la zona giorno con divano, TV e cucina con di tutti gli elettrodomestici (Frigorifero, fornetto). Inoltre e' presente un cortile con ampio barbeque e tavolo e sedie per pranzi e cene all'aperto. Al primo piano si trovano le due camere da letto e il bagno completo di lavabo, vaso, bidet, box doccia e lavatrice.
