Na prvom spratu, kuca ima ulazni hodnik, 1 kuhinja sa dnevnim boravak, 1 dvokrevetna soba, 1 kupatilo sa tus kabinom sa masazom i 1 balkon Na drugom spratu, ima kuhinja, 3 spavaće sobe, 1 kupatilo sa kadom jacuzi, 2 balkona. Gosti imaju pristup kuhinji ( frižider, štednjak, grijaća ploča, pribor za jelo i posuđe), TV, besplatan Wi-Fi, trpezarijski sto, besplatan parking.

Kupola svojim jedinstvenim dizajnom podsjeća na Eskimske iglue. Zbog svoje aerodinamike i loptastog oblika, izrazito je otporna na ekstremne vremenske uvjete i snažne udare vjetra. Kupola je koncipirana kao jedna velika prostorija, površine od 50 kvadrata, gdje je smješten dnevni boravak, blagovaonica i kuhinja. Kuhinja nema pećnicu. Unutar kupole nalazi se i poseban objekt u kojem je smješten wc i kupaonica, a na vrhu istoga u obliku galerije smješten je veliki “king size” krevet.
