The Milestone.

The Milestone is a special place. We have a policy of NO CHILDREN UNDER 16 & NO SMOKING, VAPING, OR RECREATIONAL DRUGS ON THE PROPERTY. The cabin was meticulously handcrafted over a 5-year period by the owners. Nestled in a native forest/garden setting, you can enjoy the calm and spacious atmosphere, whilst still having modern amenities at your fingertips. We happily welcome & cater for touring motorcycle rider's needs. The cabin is conveniently sited within 30 minutes of the ferries.

Havelock Haven, Marlborough Sounds

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space nestled amongst native bush. Just 150m from the start of the Mt Takorika walking tracks where you can choose from several track options taking you to scenic ridge line views over the beautiful town and Pelorus Sound or the nearby Havelock Waterfall. A modern kitchenette allows basic cooking facilities for those who don’t wish to partake of town favourites such as The Mussel Pot restaurant. Or stay in bed and enjoy the enormous tv wall.

Marlborough Sounds 3brm Holiday Home with Sea View

Brand New 3brm holiday home with large deck, stunning sea views overlooking the Marlborough Sounds. The sea is 1 min walk.Free Wifi, kayaks, bbq, childrens swing and outdoor blackboard. 10 mins drive to Havelock, 25 mins to Picton along the world renowned Queen Charlotte Drive. 40 mins to Blenheim. The wineries are 20 mins away. Havelock is the Green Shell Mussel capital of the world. Restaurants, a four square supermarket, cafe, galleries, marina and scenic cruises are located here.

Just a short drive to Marlboroughs finest wineries, food and the glorious Marlborough Sounds. Blenheim town is 10 minutes drive, Picton ferry terminal is 20 minutes away, wineries just down the road and the Blenheim airport is 10 minutes away. Separate from the main house our private guest house is self contained and fully equipped, perfect for a couple or business person.

This rustic, cosy retreat is your perfect home away from home, just a 10-minute drive from Picton. Wake up to birdsong and enjoy your morning coffee from your private outdoor seating area, overlooking the stunning bay. The cabin is surrounded by native bush, creating a peaceful base for exploring the Marlborough Sounds.

Andahlane Cottage

Situated in the heart of the Marlborough wine region near Renwick this character cottage is set amongst our organic vineyard with panoramic views of the Richmond ranges.Self-contained with two bedrooms ,a fully equiped kitchen,dining area and lounge. Andahlane Cottage offers a great base to explore the Marlborough area. The cottage is very close to many award- winning wineries. Amenities include a pickleball court and bicyles for touring the wineries.

Queen Charlotte Hideaway

Stunning views over to the village of Havelock and beyond to the breathtaking Pelorus Sounds and decorated with a stylish Pacific vibe. Watch the boats come and go from the marina and relax on the deck or balcony. The water is tidal so at high tide the water laps at the property boundary. At low tide there are expansive mud flats. The view is constantly changing with lots of bird life. It is north west facing so we get the most beautiful sunsets.
