Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

Watch the whales & icebergs while sipping your morning brew on the patio overlooking the ocean. Partake in hiking trails to Kings Cove Lighthouse, enjoy a scenic drive to Cape Bonavista Lighthouse, The Dungeon & the amazing roots cellars in Elliston. Be sure to also take in the nearby community of Keel's where you can enjoy Maude’s Tea Room, Clayton’s Chip Truck & the amazing beaches.

A classic sea side cottage with so much heritage charm. Many of the original architectural details on the exterior have been restored. This property is located in a historic Bonavista neighbourhood, known as Canaille, which was known for public houses and the fishing class. Many homes in this area of town were constructed before roads. This is why the narrow laneways snake and wave around the homes today.

We are asking that guests book a 2 night minimum stay to accommodate our enhanced cleaning protocols. Nan’s and Pop’s oceanfront salt box style home! Newly built in 2019, this house is centrally located in the historic Mockbeggar area of Bonavista. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, pubs, Old Days Pond boardwalk, churches, and the Matthew Legacy building.

The little orange house located next door to the famous Fogo Island Inn. One double bed, bathroom, living room, kitchen. This house with views of the Joe Batt's Arm harbour on one side and the Atlantic Ocean on the other will make you want to stay forever.
