This modern furnished beach cottage (2BR, 1 BA) is the perfect spot if you are looking for walks on white sandy beaches or a quiet time after a day in the waves. The busy surf village of Pacific City with it’s stunning view of Cape Kiwanda is just a 5 minute car ride away. The house itself is located in the small village of Tierra Del Mar on a dead end street that ends at the beach. Eat on the front porch in the sunshine and enjoy the hot tub and outdoor shower in the backyard to end the day.

Steps from the beach, Cape Kiwanda and all that Pacific City has to offer, our clean and fully furnished townhouse is located within the exclusive Shorepine community. You and yours will have so many options of things to do and pleasant memories to make. Taking strolls on the beach, relaxing by the fireplace, playing ping-pong in the garage, boogie-boarding, riding bikes around the area, enjoying friends and family around our large, open-concept living and kitchen area are some of what awaits!

Coats Cottage

Our family beach cabin was fully remodeled in 2019 with all new everything. We have designed our space for families and couples looking for a quiet beach retreat with easy beach access. We are only 4 houses from one of the quietest beaches in the area and only a 5 minute drive to Pacific City. Local activities include hiking, kayaking, surfing, and dune buggies at Sand Lake. Easy day trips to Tillamook or Lincoln City also make this an excellent home base for all of your adventures.

Cozy Woods Getaway with no Cleaning Fees/Chores!

Great little getaway spot far from the hustle and bustle of city life. The noise of the nearest highway is over a mile away. Experience the relaxing sounds of the surrounding forest while you enjoy all the comforts of home inside or, if you're of the fit and adventurous variety, make your way through the trees to the babbling brook you can fall asleep listening to at night. Everything you can possibly need is less than a half hour's drive away from this place of peace and quiet.

Surf Cottage • Monthly Available For Off Season

Be in the heart of town, but enjoy a private road (no street parking for non residents/guests). Flat cement parking slab for your friends with campers/RV. Cottage heated by a wood burning stove - so cozy. Some art decor may be different upon arrival than photos. Garage is not available for use by guests. 30+ day rentals available for the off season. $3,000 per month starting November 16 or December 1 - June 30. All utilities / landscaping included. Casa Del Mar is a quaint oceanfront home in the quiet community of Tierra Del Mar. Featuring floor to ceiling windows this Oregon Coast home was made to showcase the beautiful views and sounds of the Pacific Ocean. The stylish and cozy A-frame features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. Enjoy the memorizing beauty surrounding this home from the ocean-front balcony or have a bonfire on the newly renovated patio.

This picturesque cabin is a throwback to a bygone era and is our family's special spot.
