This cottage is in a private setting surrounded by nature. A safe and quiet space to unwind. 1 bedroom, fully equipped kitchen, living area and 2 private patios. Just 2 blocks from downtown Ferndale! Wifi upload and download speeds are excellent. Hiking trails are abundant and nearby. Ferndale is noted for its well-preserved victorian architecture and variety of boutique shops, specialty stores, cafes and restaurants. Enjoy the early morning (and sometimes all day) sounds of ducks, geese, turkeys and cattle . Surrounded by acres of Redwood trees, no street lights, and lots of wildlife. The Red Barn Cottage is located within walking distance of the Victorian village of Ferndale. The Cottage is a charming, separate studio with a private entrance, gated patio, full kitchen and bathroom. We provide wonderful amenities including coffee, teas, continental breakfast items and snacks for our guests. A small to medium size dog is allowed but with our approval and an additional nonrefundable pet fee.
