The apartment is entire upstairs of back of our farm brewery & taproom. Open space includes living/dining/work space & bedroom; bathroom has small claw foot tub with shower. This 1860 river house is 1/2 mile from the charming Village of Coxsackie NY and a central location to many great destinations such as Hudson, Woodstock, Athens, and Catskill.

Our largest option, the Mountain View Suite incorporates high ceilings, and mountaintop views from a raised dining area to provide a large and light oasis. Located on the second floor, the suite features custom antique accents and original artwork that evoke a sense of adventure. The room includes a large bath with clawfoot tub and shower, kitchenette, and sleeper sofa. Custom queen mattress (featured at the Four Seasons NYC), organic cotton sheets.

"The Kickback" is a private apartment/arcade with over a dozen pinball machines set to "free play" mere minutes away from the hip Troy downtown area, Russell Sage College and RPI. Perfect for a small gathering, a college parent/alumni retreat, or date night experience like no other. Cute and cozy, the rooms have painted murals to match the unique apartment we have to offer.
