Central HVAC.Two off-street parking spaces are yours, along with a shared fenced yard and a separate coded entry for security.

Welcome to our 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom country getaway. We are minutes from the historic village of Schoharie and 45 minutes from the Capital Region and Cooperstown. We offer scenic views, lawn access around the air bnb, outside seating and parking (two cars). Our air bnb comes fully stocked with towels, linens, toiletries, hair dryer, kitchenware, 55’ smart TV, pack n play and portable high chair. There are 13 steps to enter air bnb. GUEST MUST BE ABLE TO CLIMB THE STAIRS WITHOUT ASSISTANCE.

All wheel drive a must in winter. We have a spacious deck by the shared pool, pergola, and a shady deck by the stream.

The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi), and hike and bike the area’s trails, and/or paddle the Battenkill River and area lakes. Or just sit on the deck with a book and cup of tea. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

Quiet and Cozy Country Cottage

Very clean, well kept, 1 bedroom country cottage. Hardwood floors in bedroom and kitchen. Propane heater for winter months and AC in the summer. This a very quiet place, great for a relaxing getaway. There is a fire pit on the property, right near the cottage, for evening fires. We recommend AWD or 4WD or vehicles with snow tires during winter months. The cottage is located on a hill, can be slippery in the winter.
