Our location is a city dweller's dream - within walking distance of grocery stores, a vibrant dining scene, thrift stores, bookstores, and more.

Wake up drinking coffee on the rooftop with incredible views of the Space Needle and Puget Sound. Take an afternoon stroll or run through one of Seattle's best parks, only a block away. Head out for a night on the town, enjoying some of the world’s best restaurants before finding a nightclub to dance the night away. Montlake and University District are also just minutes away by car. Sitting right on the bus line, you have plenty of options to travel by feet, bus, bikes, or cars. Street parking is plentiful right by the house with no time limits. You’ll have everything you need in this urban oasis (especially that wine bottle opener!)

Our private, cozy en-suite is located in the heart of the vibrant Capitol Hill neighborhood. We are 3 blocks to restaurants, bars and cafes. Downtown, Paramount theater, Amazon Spheres, Seattle U and Seattle Central are all within a 1 mile radius. Light Rail Capitol Hill Station is 4 blocks away. Lyft/Uber and city transit are easily accessed. No designated parking space, however we are happy to loan the use of our guest parking permit for Zone 4 street parking.
