Apartment A2 is situated on second floor, occupies 32 m2+10 m2 of terrace and is self-contained with their own keys that provide unlimited access to guests. The owner is on first floor and is at Your disposal for any question or advice. Apartment contain two bedrooms with double beds. There is one bathroom with bathtub and washing machine,kitchen with fridge and cooking equipment, air condition, SAT TV and FREE WiFi internet. Terrace ( 10 m2 ) with great view on sea and peninsula Peljesac. We will be glad to pick you up from the station or city harbor or bus station on arrival in order to easily reach our house.Also we can help You to organize the transport from every city to Korcula. The apartment is located in ,probably, most beautiful part of the town, overlooking the Old town of Korčula. Distance from the center of the town is just a few minutes walk,also Old town. There are small town beaches and places to take a swim in front of the apartment. Apartment is newly redecorated, nice and tidy and bright. You can enjoy the peace and quiet but also be very close the center of town. Penthouse Villa Marija is placed in first small and quiet bay (first row to the sea- 30 m distance) near Korcula old town, so the walking distance to Korcula old town is only 10-15 min.You do not have to use any vehicle while you stay by us. We always try to help make your check in and check out seamless, so we wait our quests in a korcula port on the check in day. The sea in bay is very clean, also we have heard lots of nice words about the our terraces seaview , told by our past quests.

This apartment was freshly renovated in 2025. Spacious and cozy apartment with a lovely sea view balcony. It is placed on the third floor of our family house, “Veli Bok”. The apartment consists of an entrance hall, bathroom, studio area (kitchen, dining area, sleeping area, and living room area), and a balcony. Ideal for a couple or small family with one or two small kids. Our house is located 20/25 minutes' walk from the harbour/main square, which is 1,5 km/2 km away.
