We are empty nesters living on the main floor leaving the private downstairs to our guests. 12 mi to beach, 4 mi to hiking, and 1 mi to village & tasting rooms. We also have two additional listings, The Sun Room and The Cozy Room so you can book up to 8 people very comfortably. So Sorry -we cannot accommodate kids under the age of 12 or pets.
