This lovely retreat is peaceful and relaxed and only a few blocks to Carpinteria Beach. We are located less than a block from our main downtown area on Linden Ave. There is well over 20 restaurants, coffee shops, ice cream and candy specialty shops, you name it - to provide culinary delights.

Escape to Sandyland in our 2 bedroom condo located in a beachfront triplex in beautiful Carpinteria. Family friendly and just steps from the sand, our condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing beach holiday. The condo has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen bed, and the other with bunk beds (twin/full), and 1 bath. Spacious living room and dining room that seats 4. The outdoor eating area is equipped with a propane grill. Boogie boards, beach chairs and towels included.

Amazing romantic getaway! Walk to the Beach and Hiking Trails from The Summerland Nest. Our beautifully remodeled studio is a 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, coffee, shops and the beach! A short drive North to Montecito's Coast Village road shops and eateries. Or South to the quaint town of Carpinteria. Or, just stay in and enjoy the views and sunsets from your own private deck! The Nest has a Queen Size bed and we are pet friendly but we only allow dogs.
