Built in 1916 outside of FE Warren AFB for base housing. Ten years later, Shotgun Blue and it’s two sisters, located next door, found their permanent home. Shotgun Blue has an extra long driveway , too!

Although the cabin is small, the 220sqft patio overlooking the river will not disappoint. Our intimate cabin offers a delightful escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, with the added luxury of a private hot tub. The space has been thoughtfully designed in order to maximize the square footage!

This modern, sunlit, studio guesthouse is the perfect base for a stay in Fort Collins. Whether you're here for vacation, on business, to visit CSU or family and friends you won't be disappointed by this convenient location and multifunctional space. Just a few blocks from the Poudre River Trail + Whitewater Park, downtown, breweries, and public transportation hubs you can easily access the city or head up the Poudre canyon and explore.

Trudy's Cheyenne Apartment

Located 1 block west of Holiday Park and a half mile from downtown Cheyenne. The park is beautiful with a lake and great to power walk around or to enjoy a leisurely stroll. My home is just 2 miles from Frontier Park and Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo. Guests stay in a sunny and western style 1,200 sq. ft. apartment and is in the basement of my home. There is a separate entrance on the east side with secure gate entrance and door code.
