The Farmstead @ Yellowood Farm

A renovated 1950's kit home situated alongside a small family farm. Fresh flowers and free range eggs await you. Just outside of historical Canal Winchester, this rural escape dons Mid-century Modern flair and local artwork. With two bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen) and a pull out sectional (queen) in the living room, six guests can stay comfortably. Far enough out of the city limits, star gazing is spectacular here. Walking distance to a tavern and just around the corner from local shops.

Rosedale Retreat

We live on a two acre lot near Rosedale Bible College in central Ohio. The apartment is a cozy, private, single bedroom apartment attached to our home on the ground level. Space includes a 3 season room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, laundry room, patio with picnic table, and a large yard. Breakfast items are provided. There is a beautiful nature/walking trail next to the property. In 35 minutes, you can be on The Ohio State University campus as well as the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium.

Enjoy the craftsman woodwork throughout, including a gas fireplace, fully appointed kitchen and cozy loft. In warmer months, the outdoor gazebo is perfect for morning coffee or a picnic. Please note that the cottage is on the same property as the Rockmill Farmhouse.

My wife and I bought this house at a sheriff sale. We didn’t buy it with our brain, we bought it with our heart. “How stupid was that” We couldn’t continue to watch this unique house continue its march toward too far gone to fix. The Ledges Cabin is a luxury stay that sits on 35 wooded acres filled with sandstone cliffs, caves, flora, and fauna. It has three bedrooms and a pull out couch, a full kitchen, a wood-burning stove, and massive windows with a great view of the Ledges. It also has an eight-seat hot tub, a large deck, firepit, plenty of hiking with beautiful rock outcroppings, and a creek that runs through the middle of the property.
