Welcome to Nana's Lake House 2 bed, 2 Bath - w/ additional pull out couch and three twin size mattresses. Full wrap around porch that includes, hot tub w/ a view - PitBoss Smoker & Gas Grill. Plenty of lounge chairs to sit and hangout by the lake with a gas fire pit! Bottom deck by the lake to sit out and tan, enjoy dinner and some drinks. Covered dock, bring your own boat or Jet-ski. Two jet-ski slips are available as well. Feel free to bring your own kayak, paddle board, & fishing poles.

Our home is surrounded by mountains in Northeast Tn on Watauga Lake. 3 bedrooms/2 bath home with views and short walk to lake with a private boat dock. Bring your boat or rent one from nearby marinas. Bring your beach chairs and hang out by the water. Watch the sunset from the front porch while sitting in a rocking chair. Gas & Charcoal BBQ's are available for your use, with plenty of seating for dinning. Bring your ATV/OHV/Bicycle to ride on dirt trails 20 minute drive to Doe Mountain Tn.

Remodeled farmhouse across the street from scenic Watauga Lake. The main house features a living and dining area, 2 bedrooms with queen beds, fully equipped kitchen and large bath with tub. There is a 3 person hot tub in an enclosed patio. From the patio, there is a set of stairs that takes you to the one bedroom "tiny house" with queen bed, tv and desk, a party hut with garage door that opens to the deck and upper patio. Party hut features a 70 inch tv, 1 bedroom with bath and kitchen.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, comfortable space with fiber internet and a kitchen outfitted with quality cookware, serving pieces, and the basics needed to enjoy relaxed, home-cooked meals during your stay.

Private country home with Mtn view with neighborhood private boat launch located 1/2 mile from Watauga Lake. Canoes/Kayaks upon request. Motorboat rentals available thru local marina. Beech Ski resort:45 minutes; Sugar Mtn:45 minutes; Bristol Motor Speedway:55 minutes. The Bird House sleeps 5. Watauga River Cottage in Johnson City, TN

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly water front river cottage (Approximately 1,700sf)! Bring your fishing pole and relax! We have Kayaks and life jackets available upon request at no charge (life jackets required!). Enjoy some time on the hammocks by the river or step into the hot tub on the deck over looking the river. Please note we do have a video camera overlooking the driveway as well as overlooking the stairway and river bank below the river cottage.

Guests also have access to a boat dock and convenient boat ramp, making it easy to explore the lake or bring their own watercraft.
