Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & convection oven combo.

The Ambleside Cottage offers full privacy for a single or a couple looking for a serene getaway surrounded by the beauty of the Appalachian mountains. This magical cabin is conveniently located for travelers, yet Ambleside feel like a remote retreat nestled in the woods above Elk Fork Creek. The Cottage is an adorable tiny house, offering 500 square feet of living space with a kitchenette, a sitting area, and a bathroom with a shower. The queen-size bed is upstairs in the sleeping loft.

The Funky Farmhouse originally built in the 1960s by my Great Grandfather has gotten a complete renovation including city water and a brand new kitchen with lots of appliances. The Ranger's Retreat (RR) cabin by Big South Fork will give you all the privacy you want and still convenient to town for the essentials. All of this plus with one of the Southeasts' premier National Park area's in your backyard. The RR cabin is a genuine log cabin made of real white pine logs. It features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and a loft. The RR cabin is great for couples, but the loft with 2 twin beds provides room for a total of 4. Dog friendly (sorry no cats).

This cute little house is perfect for a single guest or couple and one child. We are located in a quiet neighborhood with access to I 75 and downtown Knoxville within minutes. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

Unwind in this modern and yet comfortable private space. Or walk over to one of Knoxville's finest parks, Victor Ashe, and enjoy a round of disc golf. Shops and restaurants are only a five minute drive, but this home feels peaceful and secluded thanks to the scenic variety of trees surrounding the property. This space is conveniently located less than 5 miles from the University of Tennessee and a number of wedding venues.

The home backs the Appalachia Trail Mountain Range. There is county authorized, public road access for ATVs (All Terrain Vehicles) to the Wind Rock ATV Park and the City of Rocky Top, TN. (windrockpark.com) The home is close to the interstate. Norris Dam, Norris Lake access and Norris Dam State park are less than a 10 minute drive. Many other local attractions. This is a nice, private getaway.
