The Loft encompasses a cozy mountain cabin feel with modern updates and easy access to some of Southwest Colorado's best attractions. Marked trails weave around the property for early morning coffee walk or a moonlit snowshoe - courtesy snowshoes are available for guests. Deer frequent the property as well.

Beautiful Log Mountain Home with a View

Our beautiful mountain home is nestled between Durango and Pagosa Springs Colorado. Whether you are looking for a quite, private and secluded vacation spot or a home between two local ski resorts (Purgatory and Wolf Creek) this home offers the best of both worlds. This is also a great hunting spot, less than a quarter mile walk to public hunting property held by BLM. You can walk right out the door and hike, snow shoe, or sled down the driveway. We are not present when the home is occupied.

MaeBunny's Shack

The MaeBunny Shack is a perfect base camp for couples and solo travelers adventuring in SouthWest Colorado. You are minutes from The Colorado Trail and 2.5 miles to downtown Durango. The property backs up to a large trail network that is home to exceptional hiking, biking, bouldering and more. The MaeBunny offers rustic charm in a natural setting. Accommodations are simple and comfortable. Located just outside city limits, it’s the perfect place to tune out and relax. Dogs welcome.

Wonderful Spacious Log Home for 4

Guests will enjoy approx. 1800 sq. ft. of the upper level log home. Centrally located to downtown, airport, casino and popular tourists attractions. The home features a fireplace, Wi-Fi, and Satellite TV. Outside enjoy the deck, Hot Tub , Barbeque Grill, Fire Pit and Horseshoe Pit. We live on the property, but separate from the log home and are here to help our guests as we can. Our rental agreement is for a total of 4 people and please note that children do count in that total.

The New Beautiful Bunkhouse is your mountain getaway for some rest and relaxation just outside of Durango. Bright lofted ceilings, surrounded by nature, with some added country farm charm. Our contemporary cabin is located 10 minutes (6 miles) from the town of Telluride. We are 2.7 miles form the Town of Mountain Village Gondola parking structure. The Gondola is a fun, free ride to town. There is also an extensive trail system for hiking, biking and running that can be accessed from within the neighborhood( maps in binder) Please read this before requesting to book, ESPECIALLY if booking during winter months (Nov-April)our property may not be for everyone...

Sundance Studio
