"O beata solitudo, o sola beatitudo" Immerso nella tranquillità della natura e a pochi metri dalla Fonte Annorsi e la sua preziosa acqua sorgiva, il "Rifugio del Gran Sasso" era una stalla per le pecore.Dopo anni di abbandono, riconvertita ad uso residenziale e ricettivo, ha trovato una seconda vita grazie ad una sapiente ristrutturazione che, pur nel rispetto del contesto, si è avvalsa delle più recenti tecnologie come ad esempio l’impianto termico a pavimento o la struttura ventilata del tetto

La Casetta di Trignano. Really close to the mountain (for those who love hiking), to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele and 40 minutes from the seaside and the Adriatic coast. 1h from Pescara, 2h from Rome Airports by car or bus. The structure, fully fenced, has got a private entrance, 3 car places, a patio with table and chairs in the private garden, a vegetable garden and a small orchard. Two bedrooms each with a private bathroom, kitchen, dining room with sofa-bed and fireplace, extra bathroom.

Giardino sul Fiume: relax a 10 min dal centro

Goditi la natura a 400 metri dalla piazza centrale di Ascoli. Arriverai in centro con una passeggiata. Casa con giardino che affaccia sul fiume e sulla Cartiera Papale. Luogo tranquillo e pieno di pace. Verrai accolto dal calore dell'ambiente rustico di una tipica casa italiana, costruita da mio nonno nel 1922, con muratura in pietra a vista. Il Fiume Castellano, raggiungibile comodamente a piedi è perfetto per una passeggiata in qualsiasi stagione o un bagno fresco d'estate. Vi aspettiamo!

This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
