Unsere Ferienwohnung Sunset-Oase befindet sich in dem kleinen Örtchen Prizna an der Kvarner Bucht. Die Wohnung liegt in Erster Linie am Adriatischen Meer. Die Lagune ist direkt über einen eigenen Treppenzugang erreichbar. Die Ferienwohnung wurde in 2017 neugebaut und hochwertig ausgestattet. Die 15 m² große Terrasse  bietet einen romantischen Sonnenuntergang. Sie ist mit Sonnenliegen, Stühlen und Terrassentisch ausgestattet. Die Inseln PAK (3 km) und RAB (15 km) können schnell erreich werden.

Within short walking distance are beautiful beaches, restaurants and night clubs. Public transport is available and cheap, and bus station is less than 10 min away. The apartment is extremly comfortable with lot of sunlight and with great view. Dining on terrace gives you calm and relaxing moments. You will love this place.

In front of the house, right next to the sea is a small garden with a grill and a big table for 8 people where you can catch the summer breeze in the natural shadow. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.
