Apricity Cottage is a perfect place to relax in a calm and beautiful space. The central location provides a great base to explore all that the Artists Town of Kirkcudbright has to offer. This newly refurbished cottage has interiors designed by a local, proffesssional interior designer giving it a cosy, stylish ambiance further enhanced by the log burning stove and luxury furnishings. The south facing cottage gives a light airy feel throughout and has a small outside space for drinks and dining.

This recently renovated holiday home is a 2 bedroom townhouse , which would be suitable for 2-4 people . Each bedroom contains one double bed and a smart TV . The property compromises of a spiral staircase and underfloor heating throughout . There is an open plan living and kitchen area - a perfect place to chill out after exploring. No pets.

At '235' you will have your own private space to enjoy day or night. The comfortable sofa bed can be made up ready for your arrival or left as a sofa for you to relax. Staying in the centre of town, close to takeaways, a brewery, galleries, shops, park and Carlingwalk Loch. Facilities include a 50" smart tv, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, table and chairs. Free WiFi. On street parking outside the property. I am happy to share local knowledge - places to visit, walk, eat and swim.

You'll find a hanging rail & chest of drawers for storage. The cabin is in a separate area of the property with its own private garden/patio. Parking is available.
