A short 5 minute walk will take you from the front door to the beach, play park, tennis courts, Costcutter, coffee shops and train station, with links to Belfast and Londonderry. This modern and comfortable townhouse includes sitting room, kitchen/diner, downstairs toilet and double bedroom and bathroom. There is parking for 2 cars and an enclosed rear patio and paved area. Local amenities including the beach, shops, cafes and golf course are a 10 minute walk away. Local train and bus services operate regularly to Coleraine, Portrush, Londonderry and Belfast.

The village of Castlerock is only a mile away with its beach, golf course and the main rail link between Belfast & L'Derry.

Please adhere to restriction guidelines with your booking. Beautiful beach 10 minutes walk in area of outstanding natural beauty and history (Mussenden Temple, Downhill Demesne and Hezlett House). Good for families and groups. In a cul-de-sac and very quiet. Nearby are tennis courts, football pitch, playpark, golf course, great coffee shop all within walking distance. Lots of restaurants within 10/15 minutes drive.
