Our apartment is newly constructed, and features all the required amenities for modern living. The unit is located approximately 15 minutes walk of Marigot Beach. The Bay also features a number of world class restaurants and water sports.

Villa Karibu - 2 min to the beach (150m)

Welcome to Villa Karibu in the popular location of Marigot Bay! The Villa is located on a plot of approximately 1,500 square meters (16150 square feet) with a private pool area and a fantastic garden with palm trees and fruit trees that can be harvested. A special feature is that the villa is located directly on the natural path to the small bay of Trou Rolland. You are within just a two minute walk of the beach - a very nice snorkeling spot!

Ti Kas is all wood, with one bedroom, a double bed, complete kitchen, saloon with smart TV with WIFI connection & sofa. One toilet inside & bath on the balcony. From the guest balcony there's a wonderful view of the ocean & neighboring Martinique.
