This home is for people intent on veering off the beaten path in search of tranquility and solitude. It has patch reefs where you can go out snorkeling . There are lots of coconut palms so you can make your own island drink. It's such a beautiful place to relax and feel the ocean breezes. The sand beach is lovely for walking. The floor to ceiling, glass sliding doors offer a natural portrait of the pristine beach and a walk out to the patio.

Cat's Cove is situated on 2 private beachfront acres on the beautiful turquoise waters of the Exuma Sound. And with an empty lot next to us for even more privacy!
