We are within walking distance to the Skerwink Trail, Port Rexton Brewery, Two Whales Cafe and Fisher's Loft. Our location is perfect for exploring and discovering all the Bonavista Peninsula has to offer including hiking trails, boat tours, puffin viewing and amazing breathtaking scenery.

Dockside

This unique tiny home is located in the heart of a working fishing village in Champneys West! Located right on the Fox Island Trail! This retro themed home is small with a big presence! Because it is right on the water it has a propane Cinderella Incinerator toilet and a propane on demand hot water system. The stairs are a little steep for those with mobility issues. The harbour is a highly sought location! A beautiful place to relax and enjoy a beverage on the deck overlooking the water!

Located 5 minutes from the historical town of Port Union, 10 minutes from Bonavista and Elliston and 20 minutes from other tourist attractions such as Trinity and Port Rexton. The town of Little Catalina in itself is quite beautiful and offers beautiful ocean views. Little Catalina offers a playground for children and offers several hiking trails including Arch Rock hiking trail and Little Catalina - Maberly Trail.

Guest can visit nearby Bonavista, approximately 18 km away, or Trinity approximately 32km away. Guest will be provided with code for keyless entry before arrival. Tea and Coffee available. Melrose is centrally located between the historic towns of Trinity and Bonavista, and only minutes away from historic Port Union. Along the Shore has spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, and Ragged Islands just off the shore of Melrose.

A classic sea side cottage with so much heritage charm. Many of the original architectural details on the exterior have been restored. This property is located in a historic Bonavista neighbourhood, known as Canaille, which was known for public houses and the fishing class. Many homes in this area of town were constructed before roads. This is why the narrow laneways snake and wave around the homes today.
