The downstairs apartment is available for AirBnB guests. Our home is on the lake in the Foothills of NC with water sports in our back yard. Great atmosphere, views, lake, and R&R. The apartment includes one bedroom (1 king size bed, 1 queen foam mattress), a living room, an entertainment area with pool table and darts. It also has a full private bath. The apartment steps out onto a private lower deck overlooking the lake. Our place is good for couples, adventurers, business people, and families.

Our space includes entertainment such as a pool table, air hockey, ping pong, and card table, and an outside adults only jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful Lake Norman. Relax on the covered patio in this quiet and tranquil cove or make yourself at home in our fully equipped kitchen. We have two kayaks and a paddle board free to use.
