Have fun with the family at this stylish duplex apartment across from an outdoor pool and a dog park. Small pets are allowed with an additional cost. No smoking is permitted indoors, but you can smoke on the back porch. There is a dishwasher, a washer, a dryer, a coffee maker, and an espresso machine. This Guest House is located on the upper level of a garage that is separate from our house. It is located in a semi-rural area about 12 miles south of Chattanooga, TN and 5 minutes from Chickamauga National Military Park. The entire property is 40 acres and is mostly pasture used for beef cattle. The view off the deck and out the back windows is spectacular. You see pasture, trees, and Lookout Mountain.
