This housing is located in a house that is an architectural monument. The house was restored a couple of years ago and its architecture retains all the flavor of ancient Tbilisi courtyards. These are separate apartments on the ground floor overlooking a quiet courtyard. The property has its own entrance, separate mini kitchen, private bathroom and a wonderful balcony. The guesthouse Ludwig is unique for its location. The name itself came from our address as we are located at Ludwig Mlokosevichi #1. Ludwig Mlokosevichi was the Polish scientist, who initiated the founding of Lagodekhi protected areas, our treasure and pride. Because of this we decided to call the guesthouse Ludwig. There is Lagodekhi protected areas in a 100 meters walking distance. We try to make guest feel like a local, offer homemade breakfast and he dinner, joyful piano evenings.
