Industrial Apartment in the Old Town

The industrial apartment, built in 1908, is located in the historic old town of Tbilisi, just a ten-minute stroll from Freedom Square. The decor retains the authentic charm of the old town and adds a modern touch to it. The building next door was being renovated for couple of months, but the work has been finished. We had a temporary problem with the central heating (two heaters were not fully heating up) but we solved it. We also purchased an additional electric heater in case of necessity.

This Cabin is unique, all handmade by me. It is located in small forest around you many trees and everything is green. You will have lot of space and yard with outdoor gazebo. This place is quietest area in the city. Cabin is made from natural materials, wood, steel, brick, glass. All cabin, furniture, lights, interiors accessories is handmade. No sound will disturb you. Me and my family will host you and help with everything what you want. Cabin is located from city center 1.5 KM.

The apartment is located in one of the central, historic districts. You will stay in a typical Georgian old building. The property is studio-style and has a cozy balcony. The house is old but fully renovated and designed by me. The apartment is bright and comfortable, with a full bathroom (4 sq. m) and a kitchen. The apartment offers self check-in. Toilet and bathroom is in the cabin now and you don’t go outside.Parna Cottage is a traditional wooden house in Samegrelo. One of the oldest buildings in the area, the house is 127 years old. Once you enter our cozy balcony and begin to take in the view, you will gradually get that special sense of joining the tradition and the natural world. Come and stay in the lovely residence, go swimming in the Abasha River at the foot of the garden. We serves home-cooked Megrelian food.

Very lovely and cozy apartment in the center of Tbilisi. The apartment is located just 7 minutes uphill walk from Rustavelli Avenue, and therefore has a beautiful view of the whole city. About a 10-minute-walk to both central Metro stations-Liberty square and Rustaveli. Bus stop, Opera house, Rustaveli theater, Georgian national museum, Galleria Tbilisi - a big mall with cafes, restaurants, markets, shops and many more are in a walking distance.
