It has a cozy living area/kitchen with all the basics. Nice cold ac and toasty hot water shower. 12.5% tax collected on arrival.

The property is on island electricity, but also has on-grid solar power and electric generator for backup. All Airbnb guests must be 25 years or older.

BBQ grill & picnic table located in shared yard. We live on site with our two daughters, two dogs, and two cats.

This cute studio is in the village so close to everything. It has a full kitchen, AC, ocean view, Wi Fi, TV with Netflix and complimentary bikes and kayaks. The studio is the ground floor of 2 story house, so you must be an animal lover, as dogs and cats also use the yard and upstairs house.
