This room is located on Warrie Head Resort and estate. A former logging camp nestled in the rolling foothills of the maya mountains. It’s also the only place in Belize that gives you a glimpse into Belize’s past. It’s also the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Centrally located and just off the highway makes this an excellent place to stay for a few nights. We are super close to the ATM cave road too! Listen to the howler monkey's or take a dip in the river which is just a 5 minute walk

Our most spacious cabana, the Agouti stays cool with a newly thatched roof and high ceiling fan. Here you will find a little piece of paradise nestled in the jungle alive with the melodious sounds of tropical birds and the gentle sound of the Mopan River flowing close by. There is a large deck built over the river - perfect for doing yoga, swinging on the rope swing into the river for a swim, or just enjoying the view. A restaurant with excellent local cuisine is open for guests.

Sun Rapids has 1 double bed, 1 single bed, fans, 110w plugs (electricity 24/7), a private bathroom with hot water, and a veranda with a hammock. You'll hear the rapids of the Mopan River. Kids stay free with parents at the Nest. Listed room rates are for accommodations only. Dinner at US$18 and Breakfast at US$8 can be ordered onsite.
