Home Away From Home is 850 square feet, 2 bedrooms w/ full kitchen, bath, laundry, newly done. We are close to beautiful views, and nice restaurants.Cazenovia Lake has parks, boating and swimming. Close to down hill and cross country skiing, The links walking trails, winery, brewery , distiller. Colleges include Cazenovia, Morrisville, and Colgate, and only 25 miles to Syracuse University. Couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and even small families will find solace here. Welcome!

Country Lodge: Hot Tub, Waterfalls, Pond, & Views

Stay at our beautiful lodge-themed private guest-house on our 23 acre farm and relax in the indoor jetted tub or the outdoor shared nine-person hot tub. Enjoy the sounds of nature and experience the truly-amazing, gorgeous, and breathtaking views with a rustic country charm that includes waterfalls, walking/hiking trails, goats, chickens and fish that you can feed, a pond with boats, a honeybee apiary, streams, gardens, fields, woods, and much more nature. Close to Colgate, Cazenovia, Hamilton, Morrisville colleges (15-20 minutes) SU and Lemoyne 30 minutes Lakeview Amphitheater, Carrier Dome 30 minutes Finger Lakes wine trail about an hour and half Shopping, convenience stores, 14 restaurants, all within a 2-3 minute walk Subs, pizza, craft beer, deli, fine dining, organic, all within sight. We don't mind children but no cribs and child care needs are available If you can provide for child/babies needs while here we allow them

Stay a night at our tiny Hobbit House

We are close to Syracuse NY, Jamesville Beach,and Tully. You’ll love our place because - Well, its a Hobbit House :). Very cozy 12 by 12 cabin set in the back of my land right where the woods start. Small cabin good for a couple and maybe a child or two but no more than that. It has an outhouse. If this is sounding too basic or off the grid then please don't book! :) because that's exactly what is. But you also get to say you stayed in a cozy little hobbit house.
