Sweet Bay Overlook

Take it easy at this unique home overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. You will enjoy watching the amazing sunsets on the bluff as the eagles, ospreys and boats drift by. Our little house was built in the 1960’s by a brick mason who was very good at his trade. In recent years, the home had fallen into disrepair, but a talented Amish craftsman purchased the house and renovated it from top to bottom. The Sweet Bay that you see today reflects his incredible attention to detail and quality.

Perfect for familes or groups, or a romantic weekend. Bird watchers will love the bald eagles, ospreys, kingfishers, mallards and cormorants, to name a few. The upstairs living room is a perfect place for the kids while the adults enjoy the lower area. You find our place warm, cozy and quiet.

We are a small enclave of condos, perched high on a bluff, overlooking the Chesapeake Bay. From the deck you have wonderful views of the beach and the best Bay sunsets! We are no more than 100 steps to the beach, where you have a picnic pavilion, beach volleyball, and BBQ area with communal grills and picnic tables. This is the perfect getaway for small families or couples.
