Must be comfortable on your knees because it’s a low headroom situation. There is a main level futon sofa sleeper too if need be. Lovely park like setting with outside firepit and charcoal Weber mini grill. Kitchenette is pretty well outfitted. Tiny Cottage has plenty of charm and comforts. Stay on a 100-acre riverfront ranch

The Perch is located on our 100-acre private ranch, where guests have access to the trails across the main property, ponds, river and riverfront, and also the 1500 sq ft deck and gazebo down at the river (subject to availability). The Ranch feels secluded, but is close to downtown Palisade and in amongst the wineries and other local attractions. We are also righty next to the off-leash dog-friendly Riverbend Park, where the local festivals are held (Bluegrass, Winefest, Peach Festival etc.).
