Villa Zaza, Oasis in Untouched Nature

Our beautiful estate is located cca 40 km from Zagreb, in Zagorje, one of the most colourful regions of continental Croatia. Estate lies on a wonderful 2.000 m2 piece of land and is full of extraordinary plants, trees and flowers. Orientation of the estate is SW-W which gives the guests both - a lot of sun during the day and an astonishing view with the sunset. Three main points of the estate are main villa, swimming pool and rustical guest house. Main villa is surrounded by the two spacious terraces that enter the ground floor with dining table for ten, nice, fully equiped kitchen and a huge living room with the fire place. Bella Vista corner with five comfortable armchairs is situated on a west part of the ground floor - the view and the sunset are breathtaking! On the first floor one can find the master bedroom with the huge terrace, nice jacuzzy bathroom and a smaller room with a pull- out sofa for two. On the second floor there is another bedroom with double bed, bathroom with the massage shower, and a lobby with an antique writing table and pull out soffa for two. Swimming pool is 8,5 x 4,5 m, equipped with the swimming machine and the solar shower. The swimming pool is open from 1.5.-15.10. Guest house is close to the swimming pool. It's a rustic house with the large porch. It has a kitchen, bathroom, living room, and a very nice bedroom on the second floor that overlooks the swimming pool. The estate is situated in a very quiet and relexing area full of small cities, villages with domestic food products and historical castles. At the same time it is very close to Croatian capital Zagreb (30 minutes by car), to Croatian seaside (less than two hours by car) or to Plitvice lakes (90 minutes by car). COOKING Daily cooking,cleaning service can be additionaly organised by our Nada who is very good in preparing domestic specialities. Come and enjoy! This is a real paradise in any time of the year!

The holiday escape showcases original architectural beams, warm wood flooring, a sun room, a steam room sauna, and a backyard with a manicured garden and a dining area under the lush pergola. Beautiful indoor pool which is available from April 1st untill November 1st. Ground floor, first floor, garden and pool are available for guests only! Owners are at basement floor with separate entrance. The house is located near the Maksimir Park, just a 10 minute drive from the city center, home to great options for dining, shopping, sightseeing, and more.

Moderna vila s vanjskim bazenom u blizini centra Samobora, 10 minuta od park šume Sv Ane i Starog grada te 15 minuta hodom do centralnog trga Kralja Tomislava. Kuća je moderno opremljena s wifi dva televizora, velikom kuhinjom, stolom za 6 osoba u blagovaoni, i vanjskim stolom sa roštiljom. Ima grijanje s kaminom te klima uređaj za grijanje i hlađenje. The surrounding hills and nature are ideal for walks, bike riding, horseback riding in the nearby equestrian club and a round of golf in the Jelačić estate. In the surrounding area, you can find several family run restaurants, where you can also buy all sorts of local produce.

U slobodno vrijeme gosti mogu uživati u šetnji do Starog grada u Samoboru koji je hodom od trga udaljen 20-ak minuta,te vožnji bicikla i planinarenju po poznatom Samoborskom gorju.

Villa Hirundo, entire house + saunas and hot tub

Nova pasivna hiša Hirundo ponuja vrhunsko izkušnjo bivanja v mirni vasici, a v neposredni bližini Brežic. Zagreb je oddaljen dobrih 30 km. Hiša je v dveh nadstropjih in razvaja s sodobno opremo ter lastnim wellnessom s finsko, parno in IR-savno ter masažnim bazenom. Med sezono je na voljo ogrevan Intex bazen (549 X 274). Fantovščine, dekliščine in glasne zabave niso dovoljene.

Apartmanski smještaj 'Medo'

Smještaj u privatnoj kući s odvojenim ulazom. 30 min od centra Zagreba, na križanju glavnih autocesta (A2 i A3). U neposrednoj blizini Campa "Zagreb" i ostalih ugostiteljskih objekata. Javni prijevoz u blizini uključuje vlak (15 min pješice) i autobus (5 min pješice). Prostor je čist, miran i prostran. Za sve ostavljene i izgubljene stvari domaćin ne snosi odgovornost.
