Our family friendly home is 2 blocks to shopping and dining on Main St., close to the local coffee shop and grocery store, as well as many local attractions. The Goldendale Observatory, Presby Museum, Maryhill Museum and Vineyard, Stonehenge Memorial and St. John the Forerunner Monastery and Bakery are great places to explore and are about 15 minutes away. Our home is THE spot to stay while on your next adventure.

Entire kitchen is functional, spices, oven, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave etc. Bar height dining table and chairs seats six people.

You are invited to stay in a Klickitat County landmark, listed on both the state and federal registers of historic places. The Red House built for the ‘Horse King of the Northwest’ Charles Newell and his wife Mary in 1890, is now a distinctive vacation rental. Our cozy 1 bedroom (queen bed) cabin is the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a relaxing escape. Located on 26 acres where deer and turkey roam. Just a few minutes away from I-84 and Hood River. Please be aware that a 4WD vehicle may be required for accessing the property during the snowy season of December, January and February.
