V okolí je možno provozovat hned několik oblíbených aktivit, 200m od ubytování se nachází bowling, 50m od ubytování sídlí věhlasná restaurace Svatojánský dvůr, kterou určitě stojí za to navštívit. Musíte prostě vyšlápnout kopec:) Pitnou vodu si donesete z čisté studánky, taktéž 80 m pod boudou. Elektřina je omezena -solární panel. Pronajímá se jako celý dům a je vhodná pro hosty, kteří hledají klid, soukromí a pobyt v přírodě. Nenajdete zde ruch města ani sousední domy - místo je ideální pro pomalé tempo, odpočinek a ticho. Chalupa leží přibližně 5 km od Litoměřic a nabízí možnost výletů po okolí Českého středohoří.

Dům se nachází 100 metrů od řeky Labe na cyklostezce cca 4km od města Nymburk. Doubrava je malá vesnice. Asi 300 metru od domu se nachazi piskovna s moznosti koupani v ciste vode. V okoli do 15km se nachazi mesta Nymburk, Podebrady, Lysa nad Labem a Milovice. U mě si to zamilujete, protože dům je útulný a poskytuje klid a pohodu včetně velke zahrady. Pokud máte rádi cyklistiku, rybaření nebo kanoistiku, jste na dobré adrese. Mé ubytování je skvělé pro páry a rodiny (s dětmi).
