At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Boathouse By The Bay

Relax and unwind in our beautiful, unique space, enjoying the sounds of nature as you indulge in the outdoor shower in the sun. With just a short walk to the waterfront, corner store and bottle shop, you can set up the perfect picnic down by the water or at home. Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Our modern waterfront home has uninterrupted views over Phegans Bay & Bouddi National Park from every room. You can see all the way to Lion Island & Palm Beach Lighthouse. Just 1hr from the harbour bridge, 7mins to Woy Woy train station & restaurants, 10mins from the freeway. Several amazing beaches are nearby or access Brisbane Waters from the private Jetty. Indoor/outdoor living made for the family - BBQ, pizza oven, kayaks, library, table tennis, pool table, games. The perfect chill zone.

The LakeHouse BnB on Lake Macquarie, Murrays Beach

This self-contained unit is ground floor, with breakfast provisions and coffee machine. Nestled amongst private extensive GARDENS this one bedroom unit has a fully equipped kitchen, lounge-dining and undercover BBQ area. Managed by SUPERHOSTS, the unit has VIEWS of and access to the WATERFRONT. This elegantly appointed BnB has a private bathroom, air-conditioning and Foxtel TV with sports, entertainment & movie channels. Community POOL and CAFES a short walk away. Located on the Hawkesbury River near Wisemans Ferry we offer a relaxed stay less than 1 hour from the Central Coast and Castle Hill and 10 minutes from Wisemans Ferry. The home has been well considered to ensure the magical river and bushland views are showcased from all areas of the home, inside and out. Enjoy watching the sunset from the comfort of the lounge or from one of the 4 decks. The house has its own jetty and pontoon can easily accommodate boats and is ideal for water skiers.

Stylish One Bedroom Studio at Long Jetty

700 metres either way to the beach or lake, shops, restaurants and cafes. Enjoy a get away at Long Jetty on the NSW Central Coast. Only 1.5hrs from Sydney's CBD, The Studio offers comfort and privacy. Newly built with quality inclusions and parking at your door. Outdoor space is shared and you are welcome to enjoy the native garden. Smoking outside is permitted. Friendly dogs may be welcome on application and cannot be left alone anywhere on the property.

My Summerland Home

Fully self contained studio on an absolute waterfront property, separated from the main house and with full access to the waterfront. This freshly renovated studio offers a king size bed , private en-suite, lounge-dining and kitchenette with all you need for a getaway on the shores of Lake Macquarie. Enjoy full use of the waterfront location using our kayaks , paddle boards, fishing gear and deep water jetty. Sundowners , lazy days awaits you.

Waterfront Treehouse on the Hawkesbury River

Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)
