Our family (living upstairs) includes two Golden Retrievers, Summer (9) and Neo (11 months), who are incredibly gentle, well-trained, and love people! They will likely be playing in the garden and would be thrilled to receive a pat from dog-loving guests.

Sunny house close to Roslyn Village.

Stylishly renovated in Roslyn, this two-bedroom, north-west facing 1950s house captures the sun. Sit on the deck, look out over the luscious garden, and watch the sunset. There is a restaurant, two cafes, pizzeria, and Chinese takeaway in Roslyn Village as well as a supermarket, pharmacy, barber, hairdresser and nail salon. All just 5 minutes walk away. My place is close to the city and University with a great panorama of the surrounding harbour, hills and ocean. Restaurants and cafes are all within a short walking distance, only a 5 min walk to the main street of Dunedin - leave your car in the onsite car park. You’ll love my place because of the central location, art deco architecture with a modern renovation including new kitchen, bathroom, double glazing, heat pumps, tv and wifi. We are also pet friendly with our own Labrador Lucy
