Our Waverley studio is light, sunny and modern with the most stunning harbour views. Wake up to the beautiful sunrise over the Otago peninsula. This unit gets all day sun, with fantastic views right down to the sea heads and back to the city. There is private access to the studio which is situated under our family home. It only has external access to the studio room. It is self contained with a fridge, jug, toaster, microwave, bathroom, wardrobe and a living space. It has a deluxe queen bed.

This private 2-bedroom unit offers a beautiful location to relax and unwind, just 15 minutes from the city. The living area overlooks the garden and luxury two-person cedar hot tub. Each bedroom has a queen bed with luxurious linen, seating for two, spectacular harbour views and a T.V. The dining area includes a breakfast bar equipped with a microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge. As this is not a full kitchen, dishes are collected daily by the host. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided.

Charming Garden Apartment

Welcome. My place is a quiet and secluded retreat, an easy ten minute drive from the centre of the city. Situated in a tree filled suburb at the beginning of the magnificent Otago Peninsula area. The annex is private from the main part of the house with its own entrance and suits one or two people. The garden is a work in progress, depending on the season, with a sheltered, sunny courtyard for your use. There is a small outlook over the harbour water, giving you a glimpse of the city and hills.
