Es verfügt über ein Doppelbett 160 x 200, eine Couch, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und Trockentrenntoilette. Das Haus ist gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen, der Bahnhof Hämelerwald ist nur 15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

“Remise Graefekiez” – a historic brick coach house from 1890 with a private garden; once built for carriages, now a quiet hideaway and holiday retreat in the second backyard of Fichtestraße, right in the heart of the Graefekiez (Kreuzberg). The space is commercially registered and therefore not subject to Berlin’s housing conversion ban. The Berlin City Tax (7.5%) is listed separately and included in the final price.
