This space also includes a semi private queen bed. There is a large luxurious shower, kitchenette, and other amenities (microwave, fridge, and coffee maker). Outside there is a large private covered deck with outside seating and a fire pit. Close to wineries, golf, restaurants, and great hiking. This is a non smoking property.

East Medford Home w/King bed & large shower

This modern open floor plan designed home is centrally located to downtown Medford and hospitals like Asante and Providence. Also nearby are some of southern Oregon’s best wineries. This stay is a rare find being in a quite old grown in neighborhood while being a beautiful remodeled high end home. Tiled showers, bamboo wood floors and quarts counter tops are just some of the atheistic improvements, While the sonos sound system, 65” Qled tv are among other perks this home has to offer.

Cozy Jacksonville Cottage

This cozy, rustic one bedroom cottage (325 sq. ft.) is just a 15 min. walk from downtown Jacksonville (3/4 mile) and 30 min. from Ashland. It has private parking, on the property. The owner is happy w/ pets in the cottage, but needs to know in advance that a pet is coming (maximum 35lbs) too. There isn't a full kitchen but it has a kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, hot plate and coffee maker, so cooking basics won't be a problem. Relax in the outside patio in the summer.
