Located 1 block from Main St on the parade route and 1 block from the summer Farmer’s Market, this upstairs unit is located in a building that was built in 1906 as evidenced by its high ceilings and unique trim. New kitchen, new bathroom, new paint, new flooring, and new furniture and decor by local business Amazing Finds. Earplugs are provided because you might hear the bustle of downtown and the train 5 blocks away.

Cozy Camper- Easy drive to Lassen National Park

Enjoy a cozy country camping experience with the comforts of home, including A/C, heat, running water, a kitchen, fire pit, and outdoor picnic area. We’re close to town and about 50 minutes from Lassen Volcanic National Park. This is a clean, safe, budget-friendly camper—not a luxury resort. The surrounding property is currently being renovated, with more upgrades coming soon! Please note: Reservations made after 3:00 PM require at least two hours for us to prepare the camper before check-in.

A unique river retreat for relaxing and viewing wildlife. We are minutes from extensive trails and about an hour from Lassen Park. Our house has fragile and antique components and is not suited for pets, groups or children. If you are ok with quirky, imperfect, au natural and "wild" (possibility of snakes and spiders) we have your place! With windows along most of the east side, you will almost always have a view of the Sacramento River. This is not a cookie cutter house—please read listing.
