Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

Studio apartman „Niko" nalazi se na prvom katu zgrade koja je smještena u centru mirnog mjesta Červar-Porat koje je udaljeno cca. 5km od centra Poreča. Udaljen je otprilike 50 metara od mora, a do najbliže plaže ima samo 5 minuta pješice. U neposrednoj blizini (u radijusu od 50m) i ispod apartmana nalaze se pekara, kafici, restorani i trgovine zbog čega zna biti glasnije tijekom ljetne sezone.
