Though condo’s facilities are restricted for residences and long term stay guests only, guests can still enjoy their mini private pool within the villa. The Villa is owner’s holiday home that they occasionally visit so this is the experience they love to share. Price offered is also very valuable! But,customers need to comply with rules & regulations

The building Right on the beach, the condo is very large and private with many amenities & large grounds to walk around. Amenities: 2x swimming pools, snooker&pool, ping pong table, gym & large gardens. The studio A very spacious studio with high-rise views, 2 single beds, extra bedding, 1 kitchenette & 1 bathroom. The condo is situated 6 minutes drive from the beach strip which has a plentiful amount of restaurants, bars & supermarkets. We recommend the company 'Cha-am Motorbike Rental'
