Orchard House Retreat

(Feb 2025- The Topanga village and homes were spared from the Palisades fire) Welcome to Orchard House Retreat! This 700 sqft private house is in an ancient oak forest in Topanga Canyon near Topanga State Park, the village and the beach! It’s a charming 1 bedroom 1 bath with a cozy living/dining space, modern kitchen and a deck. There’s a well stocked kitchen and orchard. Please note there are two sets of stairs up to the Retreat so being able to climb stairs is necessary. Please see photos.

Historic "Speak Easy" Cottage (circa 1923)

Vintage beach cottage w/ modern-day conveniences (central heat & A/C), Apple TV, DVD, vintage appliances, incl. dishwasher) on the quiet-end of Balboa Island; tree-lined street, steps to beaches on South Bayfront; 2 blocks to Balboa Island ferry and Island Market. Cottage was built in 1923 and served as a "Speak Easy" (a bar during the prohibition era ) with many famous actors, musicians, singers patronizing the site (John Wayne, James Cagney & Humphrey Bogart) just to name a few.

Pirates of the Caribbean Getaway

Highlights include lush tropical landscaping, private lawn, furnished decks, hot tub and sauna, an outdoor bathtub and shower, a queen size bed, and large flat screen TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster oven, electric stovetop, and Keurig coffee maker. Pirates can accommodate up to 2 adult guests but no children or pets.
