This modern guest house is minutes drive from DTLA, great as rustic hillside “glamping.” 32 steps down the side of the main house to get to your private entrance with handrails, kitchen, modern bathroom, bedroom & reading nook. There’s a separate games room for private use. We’re just next to Dodgers Stadium & highland park. Safe quiet neighborhood. 1 parking spot. As it is hillside, there is a bit of nature and dirt. Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.
