Monte Nido Retreat, minutes to Malibu/Pepperdine

Monte Nido is nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains between Calabasas and Malibu, 5 minutes away from Pepperdine University in Malibu. You can walk to the Backbone trail head from our yard. The guest house has a private entrance, full kitchen, bath and french doors that open up to a private patio with a fountain. There is also a private deck for star gazing and afternoon naps. Perfect for hiking, biking, surfing, and relaxation. There are no streetlights or sidewalks. It is truly paradise.

Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home has a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home provides games, corn hole, beach toys and beach towels for recreation. There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. VERY PRIVATE/QUIET location overlooking Solstice Canyon Park with ocean and mountain views. We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). This one-bedroom bungalow in Topanga is the perfect getaway for a weekend retreat. Located in the Santa Monica Mountains, this cozy 714 square foot hideaway offers breathtaking views, and easy access to all the local Topanga amenities and restaurants. Enjoy the nearby hiking trails or take a short drive to the Pacific Coast Highway. Come back to the bungalow and relax on the grounds of this tranquil private estate or enjoy a night soaking in the outdoor cedar hot tub under the stars.

Full indoor bath as well as an outdoor clawfoot bathtub allows you to enjoy a relaxing soak with a view.
