Making it the perfect base for exploring Oregon’s beautiful coastline. Spend your days hiking scenic trails, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or simply cruising along the ocean and soaking up the fresh ocean air. After a day of adventure, return home to unwind and take in the sweeping coastal views from the living room. The home features a California king bed in the primary bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room for additional guests. Inside, you’ll also find three flat-screen TVs, comfortable reclining chairs, books, board games, and ocean views from many rooms. Step outside to a spacious yard overlooking the water, with a private staircase that leads directly to the beach. The fully equipped kitchen includes cooking basics, an electric oven and stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, tea kettle, and all the dish ware you’ll need for easy meals at home. Additional amenities include free WiFi, washer and dryer, fresh linens and towels, complimentary toiletries, and central heating. We offer TV's in each of our bedrooms with high speed WiFi throughout. Plenty of parking space for cars, RV, ATV, boat, trailer, etc. Surrounded by adventure with the Empire Boat Dock only 1.7 miles away, the world famous Box Car Hill Dunes less than 20 minutes away, and World renown Bandon Dunes Golf Resort only a half hour away.

"Uncle Joe's Place" Cozy Cottage with Water View

Uncle Joe's Place is a cozy cottage that sits close to the water with views of Charleston bridge and South Slough Estuary. Cottage is 490 square feet, perfect for singles or a couple visiting the area. Located just off Cape Arago Hwy and the town of Charleston. It's a short walk to convenience stores, restaurants and the Charleston Marina. Neighborhood is made up of small homes and mobile homes. Check yourself in with a lockbox. I'm very close by if you need any assistant or have questions.

On the Bay across from Charleston Harbor. Bright, clean, and cozy, rustic 1940s era cottage duplex, perfect for frugal travelers. Features kitchenette, comfortable queen bed plus fold-out sofa bed in the living room. There is no view from inside the cottage, but a small patio with fire pit (weather permitting) is available with gorgeous views from outside the cottage. Cottage A is close to Cape Arago Hwy., and receives more road noise than any of our other properties.

Remote lakefront retreat—boat access only. We provide all arrival details after booking. Tucked away on North Tenmile Lake, this peaceful mini-cabin is perfect for a romantic escape or quiet writer’s retreat. Enjoy a private dock, paddleboards, high-speed WiFi, fishing, stargazing, and morning coffee by the water. The perfect mix of peace, privacy, and nature.

Queen sized bed in private bedroom. Awesome 2 person comfy sofa in family room. Pack n’ play available for babies or cot available for older children or for extra guests.
